Recently, T10Pro, T20Pro GNSS Receiver independently developed and produced by TOKNAV R&D team have obtained FCC product certification. It marks that TOKNAV’s GNSS receivers have fully complied with a series of requirements of the United States on safety, health, environmental protection and consumer protection, opening up a "green channel" for TOKNAV to enter the American market.

The Federal Communications Commission, also known as FCC, regulates interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. As an independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, FCC is a federal agency responsible for implementing and enforcing America’s communications law and regulations.

FCC is a mark of safety. With CE certification is to open the EU market pass, FCC certification is to open the U.S. market mandatory certification. In order to obtain the FCC certificate, TOKNAV’s R&D established cooperation with researchers in Eurofins. After unremitting efforts, we finally passed all the testing (Eurofins Electircal and Electronic Test) to get the FCC certificate.

A product that has passed FCC certification must ensure its technology complies with FCC technical standards approved by American authorized laboratory in which safety and quality is the core principle. Obtaining the “FCC” certification indicates that the product meets the requirements of the relevant U.S. directives and is allowed to enter the American market. With FCC, a product can be identified as high-quality.
