The IGS test of TOKNAV T10Pro and T5 was passed in June 2023.
With the hard work of all TOKNAV staff, we are pleased to announce that the IGS test of TOKNAV T10pro and T5 were successfully passed in June 2023.
IGS certification is mainly to facilitate the joint measurement of receivers from different manufacturers (such as establishing a control network in China, using receivers to do static, collecting data, and calculating MM-level coordinates throughout the country). At this time, when processing static data, if the antenna passes through IGS certification is convenient for joint testing.
In the high-precision data processing of Global Positioning System (GPS), the influence of phase center deviation and phase center variation (PCV) of the receiver and satellite antenna on precise single-point positioning can reach several centimeters can even reach more than a dozen centimeters in the elevation direction; for high-precision baseline calculations, the influence on each component of the baseline can also reach the centimeter level, and the effect is more obvious when the baseline is longer. Therefore, antenna measurement is a very important indicator of RTK, which means whether a receiver can achieve centimeter-level or even millimeter-level positioning. The International GPS Service is an international assistance organization established in 1993 and started operating in 1994 by the International Association of Geodesy (IAG) to support geodesy and geodynamics research. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scope of international GPS services, especially the inclusion of Russia's GLONASS and the development of China's BDS and the EU's Galileo system, it was officially renamed IGS on March 14, 2005.
The IGS organization is composed of satellite tracking stations, data centers, analysis and processing centers, etc. It can provide high-precision GPS data and other data products almost in real time on the Internet to meet the needs of a wide range of scientific research and engineering fields. Currently, the IGS includes two GNSSs, GPS and Russian GLONASS, and is intended to be incorporated into future GNSSs. At present, more than 200 organizations and institutions around the world have joined it to jointly provide and share GNSS data, products and services to support high-precision GNSS applications.
The certification of the TOKNAV T10pro and T5 IGS tests not only facilitates collaborative measurement with other brands of receivers, but also demonstrates the superior quality of our products. It is a testament to our company's continuous efforts to bring better service to our customers. In the future, our company will adhere to the principle of innovation-oriented, and provide better quality and cost-effective products and services for oversea customers.
