b. Go to "Configuration" - "Communication Settings" - Enable debugging - Input the command "SET, FRESET, GNSS" - Click "Send"

A. Check whether differential data has been obtained:

- Check if the differential account is valid.

- If the device network is online.

- If the radio protocol and frequency match the base station.

B. Ensure the satellite reception environment is good.

C. Avoid using the device during thunderstorms.
